RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Most of our beds are bought sight unseen! Your order will be processed on the next business working day. A member from the Deluxe Beds Direct team will be in touch with you on the phone number you have provided with an update on your bed delivery date and time.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns for products purchased for change of mind (unless there is a fault and covered by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) so please choose carefully. The mattress firmness you have selected - soft, medium or medium / firm is selected by personal preference so please make your selection carefully. Refer to the mattress selector guide.
SHIPPING INFO
South Island
We ship directly to your doorstep from our Christchurch warehouse. Zone 1 is within 10kms from our Rolleston Warehouse to main urban areas. Other South Island locations may have an additional shipping fee added. Your address will be checked when submitted and a shipping fee quoted.
North Island
We ship directly to your doorstep from our factory in Auckland.
