Can you provide a WINZ Quote?
Certainly, we are WINZ registered and you can send in our quote for approval - just click on Need a WINZ quote and tick the options you require.
Can you do weekly Finance?
Yes we offer 12 months interest free on our beds through Gilrose Finance, QCard Long Term Lending or Afterpay - find out how on our Finance tab.
How long is the warranty on the beds?
All beds have a 10 year warranty on the springs and mattress, 3 years on the fabric and 1 year on the timber base. Any marks or stains will make the warranty void. Refer to our warranty information page under our Shop tab.
Where are you located in the South Island?
Our warehouse is located at Unit 7, 5 Factory Drive, Rolleston, Christchurch every Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm. Alternatively viewing by appointment through the week. Most of our customers buy our beds online, sight unseen once they have read our reviews! Our Deluxe beds are available in plush, medium or firm - 70% of mattresses sold are medium.

Utilising a 5 zone pocket spring system for maximum support while giving you overall comfort, our mattresses are finished with a plush topper incorporating NZ merino wool to give you that luxurious feel, with improved breathability and are hypo-allergenic.

How are your mattresses made?
Our Deluxe Beds Mattresses are made utilising the 5 zone pocket spring system with individual pocket springs to give you the ultimate comfort by relieving pressure points along your neck, shoulders, back and hips, while conforming to your body shape to provide maximum support and minimal partner disturbance. Finished with a plush topper containing New Zealand merino wool that allows for breathability (keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter) and is hypo-allergenic.

Can I buy a mattress only?
Yes you are welcome to buy a mattress only - please refer to our products tab, select the size required and it will list the mattress only cost.
Should I rotate my mattress?
We recommend that you rotate your new mattress every two weeks for the first three months and then monthly thereafter.
